I’m confused by the email

  I have just received a renewal email for my website. However I havnt had my website for a year yet and so I am very confused. Please can anyone explain this? As I have paid for a year and now appear not to be getting this. I have only had my website for about 3 months.

  Hi aquapurezen,

  There are no charges connected to the account you are currently logged in to. What is the address of the site you received a renewal email for? Please don’t share any transaction details here, just the site address :)

  Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your renewal email was sent to and reply here? I can then check that account.
