I’m confused– I wanted this theme for my other site!

    I thought when you bought a theme for $59 you could use it for all of your sites???!?! Can you please undo or switch this? $59 per site would be absurd– I should be able to use this for all of my sites.

    Howdy –

    No problem. I can certainly process a refund and remove Premium Theme: Veni from the site, creosotecollaborative.com.

    When I do that the appearance of the site will revert to a default theme from WordPress.com. I want to make you aware of that before any changes are made. Sometimes folks will choose to make the site private until they get it fixed up again.

    Please confirm that you’re ok with me making that change.

    The premium plan that you’ve purchased for creosotecollaborative.com includes access to our premium themes. Each theme is good for one site. The same for the plan. The premium plan covers 1 site as well.

    The $59 for Veni has been refunded since the premium themes are included with your premium purchase. I’ve not yet removed it from the account though until I hear back with confirmation.

    If you like, we can move Veni on to another one of your WordPress.com sites if you like.
