Hi. please tell me how much of the following site i can create in wordpress relatively easily and estimated costs.
I want to make a Hebrew-language review site for a couple categories of products, and to have a couple of rating systems: 1.How fun the product is. 2.quality. average user rank for: 3.fun. 4.quality. and to have a couple of clearance levels for users to post reviews of their own. to be able to edit them for profanity, etc. and to have a little forum where users can post. and a search feature.

For a forum and for user-submitted content both you’ll need plugins. Likely for the ratings as well, if I’m understanding correctly what you want to do. On WordPress.com plugins can only be used with the Business Plan, which costs $300 a year:

How much can I reduce the cost by buying the plugins instead of ‘renting’ them with the business plan?
And if i’ll do it without any forum (I only needed a small one) it will impact the cost heavily? -

While the WordPress.com Business Plan will renew annually you’ll be able to use plugins downloaded for free from WordPress.org or bought from trusted authors forever with a WordPress site. Depending on the plugin license you may need to renew the plugin annually to continue to receive support and updates from the plugin author. We always recommend keeping all plugins up to date
Once you’ve upgraded to the business plan, the cost remains the same if you add a forum or not. The plan simply allows you to add plugins but does not limit the number of plugins one may add.
