I'm experiencing some login glitch! Please help!

I can’t login to my wordpress dashboard. I had just installed a SSL plugin and enabled some functions and it suddenly signed me out and asked my to sign back in but every time I try it just refreshes the login page and I can’t get anywhere. I’m not entering my password wrong so I don’t know what the problem could be except for that new plugin I installed, which I can’t uninstall without logging in first! Please help! :(

That is NOT a WordPress.com hosted blog that you are referring to. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

But it’s logging into my wordpress.COM dashboard that I’m unable to do. I can login to WordPress.com but when it comes to accessing my site it just keeps refreshing the login page. I don’t have wordpress.ORG installed on my site.
