I'm getting an error when i try to load my blog from MS Word about space

I’m getting an error message about posting to my blog because of space. I have plenty of space. I have been fighting this for months. I was going to upgrade my account but I am afraid to do so now with this screw up. Now I am thinking of relocating my blog if you can’t help me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Would you mind taking a screenshot of the error and uploading it to your media library for me to take a look?
As you mentioned, there’s plenty of space in your media library for any images, so unless you were attempting to upload an audio or video attachment there shouldn’t be any issues regarding storage space on WordPress.com.
Do you have your Microsoft Word also connected to OneDrive? Could the error be referring to storage space there?
Do you get any errors when adding the same content directly on WordPress.com, or only in Microsoft Word?
I apologize for all the questions, but I’m just not seeing any errors on our side so without seeing the error itself I’m not sure what to try out next.

I loaded it in my library named “example of error”. I had trouble finding my support request or I would have been back sooner.
I used to make posts all the time this way. Now I have to copy the text from my word doc into the browser to post. Save all the images to my desktop. Load all the images. then add the images one at a time into my post. Unfortunately when I copy my text this way it loses the formatting.
I have a local copy of word. Not sure what One drive is.
I get this only from word. I have tried from several computers with different versions of windows.
Strangely I can make posts with text and images from an application called Soffice from my android, but that method is not very convenient to use.

Thanks for uploading the screenshot, that clears up a couple things. That is the error message Microsoft Word has programmed for any time time a picture upload fails at all. While it’s typically because of space as they mention, it’s certainly not because of space in your issue, you have plenty left in your media library.
Images can potentially not upload for a number reasons — their error message just only mentions space.
So I’ve been testing this out in Word 2007 + WordPress.com and have thusfar not been able to replicate the error at all. The one thing I might recommend would be to go “Manage Accounts” and re-register the account, re-checking your photo options. Refreshing that connection might clear it up.
You also mentioned this:
Save all the images to my desktop.
In the image you uploaded with error, was the image in the post not saved on your computer? Perhaps try saving to your computer, then adding the image to the post in Word and that might connect better.

Anytime you copy+paste out of Word into our post editor, you’ll probably have more success with using the Plain Text copy method, then paste into the Text Editor:
This should save your formatting more consistently, but some tweaks may still be required. Word tends to generate less-than-efficient HTML and not optimal for WordPress. You would then still need to upload and add your images separately from your media library.

We very much recommend using our Post Editor directly rather than word processors like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Open Office. However, for offline editing similar to Word, you might try Windows Live Writer:

It’s functions are similar to Word, but its output is better suited for blogging.
You can try out other applications like these, too:

Sorry I don’t have a direct solution yet, but please let me know if re-establishing that connection helps at all, or if you see other errors. Separate errors could very well be related.
