  • Hello @stevenpettisministries, A 503 “Service Unavailable” error usually appears when the server hosting your site is temporarily unable to respond. It often happens when the server reaches a resource limit, when a plugin or script briefly consumes too much processing power, or when maintenance tasks are running in the background. Because of this, the error can come and go, which is why you may see the site load normally at times and then show the 503 message again.

You have already taken helpful steps by removing unused media and deactivating caching plugins. You might also consider checking recently added or updated plugins, reviewing any security or performance tools that may be limiting requests, or monitoring whether traffic spikes or scheduled tasks align with the times the error appears.

Since the domain you shared is not hosted on WordPress.com, the next best step is to contact your hosting provider, NameCheap. If you ever need to confirm your hosting provider, you can use our lookup tool here: https://wordpress.com/site-profiler
