Does wordpress need to fix something? I’ve just started getting these rejection emails last week after customers order something on my wordpress site.

Hi there,
That error message means the email was sent to an invalid address, meaning the customer provided an email address that doesn’t exist or no longer works. The problem is not with the emails going out from your site, but with the address they’re going to. That’s not something you can fix from your end.
That said, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with issues regarding your site in the WordPress.com forums.
