I’m having issues with the callback made by PayPal Plus after paying with card

When a user makes a payment, PayPal redirects them to a page that our WooCommerce cannot find, specifically, it is the following route:
wc-api / Woo_Paypal_Plus_Gateway/?token=EC-XXXXXXXXXX&pp_action=executepay&PayerID=XXXXXXX
I replaced the token and player ID with X’s.
And when the path is not found, the user is directed to a ‘not found’ message generated by WordPress itself.
We have already updated the Woocommerce and PayPal Plus plugins, but the error still persists. The error started when I erased a language, I don’t know if it caused the error, because all the others payment methods still working just like the rest of the store.
