I'm having problem changing my free word press domain to my personal domain.

  I was changing from free wordpress site [https://fynesmlmleads.wordpress.com/ ] to my own domain name.
  [my own domain name.com]
  What I’m saying is that worpress address [URL], Site address [URL] AND Email address are not showing when I go to settings and click on general.
  Please refer to this you tube tutorial video and look out for what is missing when I go through the same process. There was no box with the wordpress wbsite url on it. So I can not be able to replace the wordpress Url with my personal URL.

  That is correct, you cannot replace the WP.com URL with your own. What you can do is map your custom domain to your WordPress.com blog. Whatever video you’re watching clearly is not helping, so stop watching it.
