I’m having problems uploading audio to a blog post

  I keep seeing a pop-up that says the file type is not supported, or that the file is not allowed for security reasons. What is the best format to use with WordPress? What has anyone else had success with?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site runitright.net is using the self-hosted version of WordPress with bluehost, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  Hi there, just adding that you might ask at Bluehost if they have any restrictions on the types of file uploads there.

  If they say this is a WordPress issue, perhaps this WordPress support doc will help answer your question: https://codex.wordpress.org/Uploading_Files If it doesn’t, please post to the forums that @arvindsinghu pointed to to get assistance from fellow users of the WordPress open source software.
