I don’t know my admin email that I’ve put in my website. I just want to know the email address not the password and see the wordpress notification on this.

I’m not confident that your site is actually running on the managed hosting environment of WordPress.com. It sounds like you are set up with the open source WordPress installation — that’s the other version of WordPress.

summitspineandwellness.com is hosted through GoDaddy not WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact them directly or use the forums dedicated to the open source WordPress installation. Those are at https://wordpress.org/support/

As I mentioned before, the site summitspineandwellness.com, is registered through GoDaddy and also hosted with them. There’s no connection between us and that site.

What exactly is the name of the company you paid? There are plenty of scams like this out there.
