I'm having trouble installing my new theme, do I have the right account

  I am trying to install a custom theme for my blog, I have put all the files in the right place, but I’m thinking I need a wordpress.org account not a .com account? I have url/service provider already, is there something I’m missing ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.COM blogs cannot upload new themes, since we don’t have FTP access. You are correct in that you need a wordpress.ORG self-hosted site to upload custom themes, you may want to seek help at http://wordpress.org/support so you can upload your theme.
