I'm having trouble migrating from wordpress.com to .org it's domain mapped?
-
Current situation: have blog on wordpress.com and purchased domain mapping. Purchased hosting externally and domain externally (separate companies but transferred domain when purchased hosting).
Downloaded wordpress on hosting manager. Set up wordpress. I go to log in but it keeps redirecting me to my blog at the wordpress.com account, not the .org account. I have exported my site and want to take full control of the site on .org. I’ve changed my name servers on my old registrar to point to my new registrar.
The domain mapping with wordpress.com expires in 2 days, I’m assuming that has something to do with my problem. I’ve tried running the wp-config php file and doing what someone else did, but doesn’t seem to work.
I really don’t understand what’s happening and as to why I keep getting the .wordpress.com/wp-admin rather than mydomain.com/wp-admin. So frustrated and really need help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
First, can you try clearing your browser’s cache as explained here?
When I load the following page, I get your self-hosted site login:
http://ezramagazine.com/wp-admin
So, I think this might be a caching issue. Second, if you’re ready to move to a self-hosted site, I can remove all of the upgrades from your account so you aren’t charged going forward. Would you like me to remove those or are you still using your ezramag.wordpress.com site as a production site to point users to?
