  Im having an issue processing payment to subscribe to WordPress, and I was prompted to contact support with the error code: HYMNCA.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
