I’m having trouble renaming my blog

    Hello! I had [name].wordpress.com and deleted it so that I can rename my blog, but it is not working. Is there a 24 hour waiting period or something until it is available?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    stardenia.wordpress.com is no longer available.
    The authors have deleted this site.

    There were warnings that deleting a site isn’t reversible. Until very recently that address would have been lost forever. There is now the chance for a member of staff to recover the address if it was deleted less than 30 days ago. I have added the modlook tag to ask someone to check if it can be recovered.
