I’m having trouble with my account

  I can’t see my stats on my iPhone app anymore. Only works on my computer. Also, now I can’t upload new posts or view published posts from my WordPress app. It seems like my account is out of sync. Is there a way to do a reset without losing all my content? This started last weekend. I tired to update the jet pack plugin and it said error during upload. Now it’s doing the same when I try to upload a new post.
