I’m having trouble with the comment section of my Blog

    Hello there…..

    I don’t know what is going on but people that are visiting my blog are saying that they are not able to comment on my blog today. There is a frequent visitor that I befriended and we communicating using the comment section. We didn’t have any problem communication this way but then starting from this morning there have been some glitches where the person is saying that she is not able to comment on my blog……..

    I did everything, I cleared the cache and cookies.
    I refreshed my blog and even made some changes by going to the setting but my friend who is a frequent visitor of my blog is saying that she is having a hard time commenting on my posts today…..

    I had this problem really early in the morning…..and somehow she as able to comment again but now she can’t comment again…What is going on…Is there a glitch that I don’t know about and are there anyway methods I can use to battle this situation once and for all?

    Please help me! I want to be able to communicate with my friend again!

    Hey there! Can you share what happens when she tries to comment? Is it getting filtered into the spam or moderated folders? Or, is she getting an error preventing her from commenting at all?

    Also, if you can share the first few letters of her username, that can help us see the commends you’re referring to. Thanks!
