I’m having trouble with Viva Wallet and WooCommerce.

    Hi, I am very confused and need help with why my Viva Wallet isn’t working and why aren’t I getting emails through. For some reason I can’t login to WooCommerce because it says my site for budablebrewery login is wrong on WordPress?

    Please do not create duplicate threads – I’ve removed your other thread and will reply to you here.

    If you’re trying to log into your WooCommerce account, you need to use a WordPress.com login – this is a different login than the one you use to log into your website. However, your WordPress.com login is what you used to post to these forums and the account you made an authorization to WooCommerce.com earlier today.

    If you’re using the Viva Wallet Standard Checkout extension, then submit a support ticket on your WooCommerce account and that will connect you to the Viva Wallet support team: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
