I’m in the US and my colleague is in Canada. I created the site, and she can’t pay for the upgrade.

  I’m in the US and my colleague is in Canada. I created the site, and I can pay to upgrade it, but my colleague is not able to do so.

  When she tries to pay it says:

  You do not have permission to access this resource.

  She wants to make the payment herself from WordPress, so that it’s in her records.

  Hi there, it used to be that any Admin on a WordPress.com website could pay for upgrades, but please let us know the address of the website involved so we can make sure you are getting the correct support.

  The website hasn’t been launched yet, and so isn’t world readable.

  The plan is also to register a domain name for the site, so that link is temporary.

  My colleague was able to upgrade, and so it’s working now. :-)
