I’m kicked out from Premium plan

  Hello all,

  I logged into my WordPress account and got a surprise. Although I paid a month ago for yearly Premium plan, I was kicked out to the free plan.

  I can’t access to my website which I hope you still have fully as I was developing it.

  Please what is happening with my site and why am I being downgraded? Will you please give me back my site.

  You aren’t kicked of the Premium Plan. Your domain and paid plan are both active untill 2026
