I'm locked out

  I was editing the permalinks to my site – trying to get rid of the main in http://www.allbaypowdercoatings.com/main/ in each of the posts. When I updated it all, I was left with an error message. I made the mistake of logging off and now anytime I try to log back in or even look at my site, this error message comes up:

  Not Found

  The requested URL /powdercoating was not found on this server.

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  What can I do to fix this? If i’m locked out, how can I get logged back in?
