I’m locked out

I have a website with you for my store but I haven’t needed to edit it in a long time so I’ve forgotten the correct username. When I go to login with the username I have written down it says I do not have an account. I then go to use my email instead and got logged in, but when I go to the ‘My Site’ icon in the left corner it says I don’t have any set up yet.
