I'm locked out and don't know the google authenticator code.

  Hi,
  I would be grateful if you someone could please help me?
  I am locked out of my wordpress account. I know my username and password but not Google Authenticator code. I ticked the box relating to this on my dashboard this morning but clearly without understanding what this did, and I’m not facing the unfriendly consequences!
  Can someone please advise what I can do?
