I'm locked out of my original site for gotta-stitch.com

    I’ve tried for two days to contact someone at wordpress online concerning my original site, domain: gotta-stitch.com. I purchased the account on May 31 and have since added 4 blogs. I think I screwed it up by changing my address URL and Site URL and subsequently lost access to my site and ALL of my hard work. I couldn’t contact you because my user name and password were not recognized. I changed my password 3 times trying to get in but none worked. The user name was also confusing. The confirming email I received on May 31 was USERNAME:

    I have no idea where it stands now. Please, please help me. I want to retrieve my original account. Thanks

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
