I'm locked out of my own website

I was doing some massive overhauls with my website, and now I can’t even log into the dashboard. An error message of: “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/alverson/katiewirsing.com/wp-content/themes/summit-lite/functions.php on line 29” shows up. Please help me get back on track.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Contact whoever you pay to web host that site.

That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different log-ins.

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG yet click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
