I’m locked out of my website

I changed my personal email on cPanel and they’ve sent me a manual Mail configuration. I don’t know how to apply it.. I’m working with a tablet trying to figure this whole thing out! I’m confused…been up for 20 hours straight! My email is the same. (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thank you!

Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so we don’t have any control over it.
Additionally, cPanel isn’t part of WordPress at all. cPanel is the hosting control panel used by your hosting provider to let you manage the server on which your copy of WordPress is installed, so for any cPanel-related issues your hosting provider’s support are the only people who can help you, as that’s entirely in their control.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but in this particular case you’ll want to contact your hosting provider’s support instead.
