  I’m looking for a theme that resembles the theme used on wordpress.com, I’d like to have the tabs

  Staff have stated before the theme is a in-house design and is not available for release or use…

  yes I know I want just to use tabs.

  I tried several methods for creating tabs but the results it’s not the same things.

  There are a lot of tabbed themes here.
