I’m looking for help in straightening out some payment made for which there is no record anywhere in my manage purchases or account settings.

I have made two payments through my Paypal for a website domain for ‘MelsBeautyCare’. I have record of those payments with Paypal but find no record of the payments on my Manage Purchases or Account Settings or anywhere else. I am not able to find any place where I can communicate with WordPress regarding these issues. I would now like to also cancel the website ‘MelsBeautyCare’. Can someone or anyone point me in the right direction so that I might discuss this confusing situation. As of this date my request is within the 30 day time frame.
