  what should I use for – where to fing layout etc ?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes. They are only for wordpress.org installs > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  To be clear the only themes you can use on a free hosted wordpress.com blog are found here > Appearance > Themes

  Also, that site is not using wordpress at all. It is a custom built site.

  As I remember they were starting as wordpress – this we simple evaluated to this how it looks now .
  Yes I know there is no FTP accesse to freehosted – this blog oss created only to learn a bit wordpress – after will be upgrated :)
