  hello everyone here @ wordpress,

  i’m new so i don’t know that much around here..but it would be really nice to get to know some new nice people! :)

  i also have my first question to ask..what is the difference between writing a post and writing a page?

  hi jasmin welcome to wordpress!

  pages are like posts. the only difference is that they don’t belong to the chronology of posts, they’re separated. people usually use their pages to talk about themselves, or highlight important issues. explore some wp blogs to see how wordpressers use their pages to have an idea with yours.

  Pages don’t include categories normally either.
