This forum is basically for technical questions about blogging. It’s not a social forum: the Off Topic forum at the bottom of the page is for social stuff.

I’m also new to this site, and recently wrote a blog but am not seeing it, at the topic of the category that i wrote it in “random thoughts” I visited FAQ’s, but still don’t know what i’m doing wrong. Seems I have to send links to people?? or connect with them somehow? Is anyone able to see my blog besides myself at this point?

Is this your blog? You have to give the address like this for people to find it here. The post you have is in Uncatorized. When you make the post look down the page and choose the catagory you want by checking in the box and the catagory you don’t want by unchecking in the box then it should go where you want.
