  hello i’m not able to log in my wp admin panel it’s saying the user name and email addrers not registred with wordpress please help me

  You need to contact your hosting provider about your website.

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
