I'm not able to change page templates?

I’m using the eventbrite multi event theme. Here is the link to the theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/eventbrite-venue/
I’m trying to fill my site with their featured events list page and similar features, but I can’t find the button on the theme editor to change the page template as WordPress’s support page provides.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @spartanalumnus!
When you edit your page (through My Site > Pages) you can choose the page you want, and then open the Page Attributes section. In there you can choose a page template :)

staff-loquaciousloon,On a test site with the Eventbrite Multi Event theme activated, I find no page template options at Page Attributes at either the classic or the Calypso page editors. Furthermore, though the Eventbrite Multi Event theme guide says:
Featured Event List page — display a list of your upcoming events, and choose a few to highlight in a carousel when you set them as «Featured Events» in your Theme Options page.
I find no Theme Options menu item at Customize.

I see what you mean @musicdoc1 – thanks for pointing that out!
I did a little investigating and it looks like the templates for Eventbrite are actually a little different. Rather than setting them under page attributes, you use the Theme Settings page (sorry for getting that wrong in my last reply!).
That settings page, however, is not in the Customizer – it’s in WP Admin.
So – visit your site and add
/wp-admin/to the end of your address. In the WP Admin dashboard, open Appearance > Theme Settings to access the settings to connect your Eventrbrite account and then set the pages you need.I’m updating the theme documentation now to correct the steps shown there so this won’t be as confusing in the future!

Is there a certain way to active at the carousel? I can’t get the events to display in a carousel like they should.

It looks like you’ve done it :)
I see the carousel here:
https://hrbones.com/featured-events-list/The carousel will always display on the page you’ve set as the Featured Events List under Appearance > Theme Options.
If you’d like that page to be your home page, you can set that under My Site > Customize > Static Front Page
