  I want to get my website up and running again. Not sure what’s happening!

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using /wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options.
