I'm not able to Like any posts, although I'm signed into wordpress

I have never been able to get the Like button to work on this computer. It works fine on my other computer.
When I press either the Like button on the menu bar or the Like button in the post, a pop-up box shows up and acts like it’s doing something, then disappears, but Liked doesn’t show up in the menu bar, nor does my icon appear in the post after the Like button.
I am using Firefox version 38.0.5. I used firefox on my other computer.
Something must not be set up right, but I don’t know what it is.
When I started posting on wordpress again after several months layoff, everything had changed, so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it or not. Thank you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@cris4764- Likes are enabled already on fstopfantasy.wordpress.com and that does not appear to be the problem you are describing.
There shouldn’t be a pop-up box after you Like a post. When you click the like button, it changes color and the button goes from “Like” to “Liked”. I just tested this on this post https://fstopfantasy.wordpress.com/2015/07/06/weekly-photo-challenge-next-door-neighbors/ and the Like button worked as expected for me in both Chrome 43 and FF 39.
Besides updating FF, is it possible you have an ad blocker extension active or some other type of blocking software? It may be worth your while working your way through this Support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

@justjennifer I appreciate your testing out the Like button on my fstopfantasy. I have had email notifications that that particular post has been Liked a number of times.
The only thing I had blocked on http://www.wordpress.com was Google Analytics, which shouldn’t have had anything to do with the problem at hand. However, I have whitelisted http://www.wordpress.com, which, I hope, should whitelist all wordpress URLs.
I shall go ahead and update FF. Apparently, I do not have automatic updating on. However, I had older FF versions on my old computer, which I’m not using anymore, and the Like button worked fine there.
