    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on our servers, but using the open source WordPress software at another host. That means our ability to help you is very limited, as we have no control over how the editor on your site works.

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache, or checking if the problem happens in another browser?

    If it’s not browser related, the issue could be caused by a plugin conflict on your site. Try disabling all plugins and see if you can edit then. If you can, re-enable your plugins one at a time until the editor breaks again to determine which plugin is responsible. Then contact support for that plugin directly.

    Failing that, I suggest you ask the WordPress.org community for more advice on troubleshooting this:
