I’m not getting admin invites

hello, I’m working with an agency and they have been trying to add me as an admin but for some reason I’m not getting any of the invites. I created my own WordPress account to make sure that my email server was not blocking emails from the WordPress domain but it is not. I really need access to the website the agency built for me please let me know what we need to do to troubleshoot. Thank you!

What site are you trying to join?
The forum you’re posting in now, and the account you created 15 hours ago, is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.
If you’re trying to join a site built using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, then that has nothing to do with us – we have no control over that site, and emails related to that site also aren’t sent from our servers. Emails for that site is sent by the WordPress software itself, from your hosting provider’s server.
For help troubleshooting this you can ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You’ll need to register an account on WordPress.org before you can post there, as that’s also something completely separate from both your WordPress.com account, and the admin account you’ll use to log into your site.
