I'm not getting email notifications

  I’ve had several readers say they’ve hit “follow” to receive email notifications of new postings to http://www.teresabruce.me and are not getting them. One reader gets the notification a day after they publish. Can you check into my account (I have a premium and have been with WordPress for a long time) and find out if there are some settings off? I’d hate to lose followers, especially as I am trying to reach 6,000.
