I'm not getting emails after mapping the domain

I used the validate domain support feature and it says that the mapping is correct. The domain is registered through google and they in turn registered me through Enom. I tried forward but when I run a test email, it’s rejected. WordPress won’t allow me to add an MX record.

How do I restore the default DNS settings for mapping. I accidentally messed them up when I was trying to get the email working
