I'm not getting emails when someone subscribes to my blog

  I’m not getting emails when someone subscribes to my blog, I have checked all my settings and everything seems to be fine, and I do still receive emails when someone comments on a post.

  Are both email addresses at Settings -> General and Users -> Personal Settings correct?
