I'm not getting my money back after I refunded

    I subscribed in WordPress then I canceled the subscription, the money didn’t come back, what do i do

    I can confirm that you cancelled your plan for a refund. Refunds can take around five to ten business days for the refund to show up on your statement. More information about refunds can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

    I canceled them 10 days ago, so I just needed to confirm.
    Anyway, I saw that it may take up to 14 days in the article you’ve sent, so I’ll wait 4 days more and tell you what happened.

    Hi there,

    While you’ve indeed cancelled ten days ago, it has only been around seven business days since 28 February, so it’s not unusual that it’s not reflecting in your account yet. It can also sometimes take longer your card was issued by a non-US bank.

    How long it takes depends on processing times at your bank. I can confirm that the refunds have definitely been completed on our end, so at this point it’s up to your bank to return the funds to your account on their end.

    If you don’t see the refund by Monday, please follow up with your bank and provide them with those transaction IDs so they can check for the refunds on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
