I'm not getting the confirmation email

    I’m not getting the confirmation email, the one I need in order to start. I’ve tried having it resendt several times now, and nothing’s happening.

    Hi there.

    Please start by checking your email client spam filter.

    If the account you are using is a Gmail or Google Apps account, please see this link for help on issues specific to those https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

    If that is not the issue, please type modlook into the tag box on the right to get staff support.
    You should also subscribe to the thread so you can be notified when they respond. This can be done by clicking the link to the right “Subscribe to Topic”.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and I see that your email provider is accepting those confirmation emails for delivery. As rkoffy mentioned, please check your spam/junk folder to see if those emails are ending up there.

    If you can’t find the emails anywhere, please contact your email provider to find out why they haven’t delivered those emails to your inbox, or consider switching the email address in your account settings to another email address where you can receive emails from WordPress.com.
