I'm not happy. Three items.

  I can’t say I’m impressed.

  1. I spent $30 on “Custom Design” since you folks advertised it thus:

  “With the Custom Design upgrade you can make your blog look and feel exactly the way you want.”

  No, it doesn’t.

  I CAN’T enlarge the body text font in my blog to my satisfaction. THREE degrees of enlargement? No idea, either, if that’s points or percent, or what it is. But whatever it is, it’s inadequate.

  I STILL have no control over the size of the font in individual postings. I have better control over appearance in “Wordpad” in Windows… That technology is at least 15 years old, folks. And WordPress isn’t as good? To be blunt the edit window in WordPress is PATHETIC.

  Far as I’m concerned I’ve spent $30 for nothing. This is a feature that should have been available for free. Especially since it doesn’t work as advertised.

  2. I’m trying to create a link to a clip in youtube. (FYI: ” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVpqDH7jZTo “) I get the impression you’ve done something to the link software since the last time I posted a blog. Doesn’t work properly. Click on the play button and I get “This video is currently unavailable”.

  Works on Youtube just fine. What’s the problem? Please fix it.

  3. Finally, trying to get to customer support and actually send an e-mail someone will read? What an exercise in frustration! Every time I want to reach support I have to search all over Hell’s creation to find the link.

  Hi Roy,

  I’m so sorry that you’re unhappy. Let’s see if we can make some amends.

  Your first point of contention is with the Custom Design upgrade. Ultimately, if you’re unhappy with it, we’re more than happy to refund you and remove the product. But let’s see if first we can’t get you some of the flexibility you’re looking for.

  In your Custom CSS stylesheet, you can specify any size for the body copy (or heading tags) that you’d like: https://sexdiaryofanoboist.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=editcss

  So I don’t know what size you’d like to make your body copy, but here’s a starter piece of CSS you can try to get you rolling:

  .wf-active body {font-size: 25px;}
  p {line-height: 28px!important;}

  You’ll want those entire two lines to begin. The first line (.wf-active body {font-size: 25px;}) targets the size of your content font. The p tag below it adjusts the line height for your paragraphs. You can enter those on your Custom CSS page:

  And then click “preview” and play around with the numbers to get the exact size you’re comfortable with!

  Of course, like I said, if you’re not comfortable with this level of technicality, we’re more than happy to refund the product for you. Just let me know.

  So, next, it looks like you’re having a problem with the new media interface (you are right: this recently underwent an overhaul). Here’s the support document for playing a video:

  The short version is, you should be able to just take the link and paste it into your post editor – no further action is necessary! If this is exactly what you did, just include here the link to the post or the draft, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

  And finally, you wish it were easier to contact support.
