    I see you were able to cancel and refund your WordPress.com subscriptions. Saying that, do you mind sharing with us what made you decide to cancel? Did you have issues building your site with WordPress.com? Your feedback is important to us.

    Regarding your refund, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank; however, you can see a receipt in your billing history within a few minutes here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Please note that for credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach.
