  but I have random pages showing up on my “customize” page that aren’t working and nothing is working like the demo states it should.

  I was going to delete the entire site and start from scratch but bought upgraded services attached to this site and have already contacted to have the dns servers changed. I need to reboot (or whatever) my site so I can just start from scratch.

  Hi there,

  While in your blog’s customizer, you can click anywhere within your blog’s pages, allowing you to see how changes would effect any page on your site. What random pages are you seeing?

  Is there a specific feature of Sela that I can help you configure? Setting up the blog to appear just like the demo site would take a few steps, but I’m happy to help you with them or you can consult the theme’s documentation here:

  Would you like me to empty your site of its content? Emptying a site removes all posts, pages, uploaded media, tags, and categories permanently from your site so you can reuse the site address. If we empty your site, your theme and any customizations you’ve made remain in place, and if you have a custom menu, any links to external sites will be preserved; other menu items will be deleted.

  I would absolutely love it if you would empty the site of it’s contents and restore it to original settings it had. Is there a way to delete the customizations I made or return it to “factory” settings as I’ve messed it up beyond belief. I was trying to make it look like the demo picture which didn’t quite work out. All I kept thinking was “i followed the damn directions to a t. How the heck did I wind up with this mess, LOL

  if I look at the blog with the customize feature, it shows 2 home pages and a contact page whereas in my edits section, the second home page is not visible.

  2 Home pages will appear in your menu if you have a Page with the title “Home,” and in your Reading Settings the front page was set to display your latest posts.

  That looks to be the situation right now.

  I went to empty your blog just now, but see that you’re currently editing a page — do you want me to hold off so that you can continue to edit / experiment, or do you still want all content emptied?
