I'm not receiving my own blog in the reader

  I’ve not had this problem before.

  But it seems that the latest post I made to my blog late yesterday afternoon is still not showing up in my reader (I follow my blog). Usually I would have a lot of activity with regard to a post and I’ve had 5 views since yesterday afternoon. So when I went into my reader to see if my post it wasn’t in my reader. Could someone guide me on this. Thanks, Mary
