I'm not receiving the activation emails!

I have not recieved the activation email, even after resending it numerous times and checking my junk folder. I tried changing my email, but I can’t confirm this either because I’m not getting that email.

Oh no! Let me try helping you with that.
Can you do a check to make sure that your email account is not blocking emails from “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”? This is the email address that will send you the “confirm your email address and activate your account” email. You may also want to check all “promotion” folders as well as spam as sometimes these emails may be automatically filtered.
If double checking that the above email is not being specifically blocked by your email provider does not work for you, please let me know and we can try digging a bit deeper into this.

Sorry you’re not able to enjoy your new blog just yet, but don’t despair! :)
I’ve tagged this forum thread for staff to have a look because at this stage it may be that customer support staff will need to step in as stated in support documentation here.

Hi @poetryonmymind, I can see we sent the activation email 8 times. Your mail provider accepted the email each time, too, though I can see it’s rejected some of your subscription notifications after that.
Can you contact the mail provider and let them know you’re having these troubles? Or, if you have an active email address with another provider, would you consider updating the address here? https://wordpress.com/me/account
