I'm not receiving the "Reset Password" emails from my other account PLEASE HELP

    I dont know what email address is attached to the”usersight” account but I’ve been waiting for weeks now to receive the Forgot Password link in my email . My personal email address is e**@usersight.com. I own the domain, you can Who.is me. Please advise on how I can retrieve my usersight account on wordpress.com. I don’t have any of the three answers to validate the account on the form, but the userid is mine and no one else should have possession of this username. PLEASE HELP.

    Hi Ed,

    If you don’t have any of the verification methods to verify the account, I’m sorry but I wouldn’t be able to help you access the account. We do not verify accounts using the whois information as the domain was not registered through us and there is no domain in that account.
