  Hi, I tried to create a free blog account, and I don’t want to upgrade to any plans. But I’m not sure if my site is free or not? I don’t wish to pay for this at any point, so how do I ensure my site remains free? Kind regards,

  Your account is free unless you paid for it, and it will remain so unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
