I'm not sure what package to get

    I bought a custom theme from themeforest, and I have no idea on how to install it. The instructions were not in the download. I have a free package with custom design, but I have a feeling that’s not going to be enough. I really need to know what upgrades or package I need to go with. Also, as many tutorial video links for that package as I could get would be helpful.

    You are not allowed to upload third party themes at WordPress.COM – it is a security & performance issue – the themes here are highly modified for use here

    You should be able to get your money back – common error

    WordPress.ORG installs will allow you to upload your own theme
